The employees expect these following things from the
employers but the expectation varies with the qualification, experience and
expertise. For example a doctor having 15 years of experience will not accept
the salary, incentives and other fringe benefits same as the doctor just joined
the profession. So the expectations
depend on how the self actualization process occurs in an employee so that
he/she can rate themselves. These are
